Within 30 days of delivery: Full refund to your original payment method. No questions.

After 30 days: Store credit. Still worth it.

Engraved items: Final sale.

Email us at hello@shoppefifteen.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. We cover return shipping.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
